About the role

  • Assist the Director of Business Operations with operational planning, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support Project Managers in tracking milestones, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and business cases.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Help document workflows and identify opportunities for automation or efficiency gains.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a graduate program in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous work experience in consulting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in business strategy, operations, and project management.
