About the role

  • Project manager coordinating IT solutions for internal departments and clients, ensuring project completion within budget and timeline. Focus on effective communication and risk management in projects.

Responsibilities

  • Independent planning, coordination and monitoring of all project phases – from initiation to successful completion
  • Definition and alignment of project objectives involving all relevant internal departments and stakeholders
  • Preparation of detailed project plans including time and resource planning and monitoring adherence to deadlines and budgets
  • Coordination of implementation and ensuring smooth collaboration between all participating areas, including external partners or service providers where applicable
  • Ongoing risk management: identification, assessment and control of potential project risks and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
  • Regular, transparent reporting on project status, target achievement, progress and deviations to relevant decision-makers
  • Responsible for customer-oriented project communication and sustained support throughout the entire project duration
  • Continuous development of project management methods and improvement of internal processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration/economics or commercial vocational training with several years of project management experience
  • Solid knowledge in planning, organizing and executing interdisciplinary projects
  • Experience managing complex interfaces between different corporate areas and external partners
  • Strong IT affinity, ideally with knowledge of IT system solutions and merchandise management (WaWi), ERP or HR systems
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new systems and portals
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in German (English skills are an advantage).
