Responsibilities
Independent planning, coordination and monitoring of all project phases – from initiation to successful completion
Definition and alignment of project objectives involving all relevant internal departments and stakeholders
Preparation of detailed project plans including time and resource planning and monitoring adherence to deadlines and budgets
Coordination of implementation and ensuring smooth collaboration between all participating areas, including external partners or service providers where applicable
Ongoing risk management: identification, assessment and control of potential project risks and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
Regular, transparent reporting on project status, target achievement, progress and deviations to relevant decision-makers
Responsible for customer-oriented project communication and sustained support throughout the entire project duration
Continuous development of project management methods and improvement of internal processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Degree in business administration/economics or commercial vocational training with several years of project management experience
Solid knowledge in planning, organizing and executing interdisciplinary projects
Experience managing complex interfaces between different corporate areas and external partners
Strong IT affinity, ideally with knowledge of IT system solutions and merchandise management (WaWi), ERP or HR systems
Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new systems and portals
Very good written and verbal communication skills in German (English skills are an advantage).
