About the role

  • Key Account Manager helping clients find document solutions and manage processes efficiently in Hamburg area. Engaging with large clients to provide tailored solutions and support.

Responsibilities

  • Sales territory covers the Greater Hamburg area
  • Acquisition of major clients for print & document solutions (multifunction systems, hardware and software) and DMS/ECM products
  • Support of newly acquired key accounts as well as existing customers
  • Preparation of proposals in collaboration with the internal sales team
  • Management and coordination of sales processes and customer projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in Key Account Management
  • Experience with print and multifunction systems or office communication solutions
  • Strong persuasion skills and a high customer focus
  • Team player with negotiation skills and confident presentation abilities
  • Driver's license (Class B) is mandatory
