About the role

  • Account Manager in IT solutions consulting responsible for client acquisition, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining customer relationships. Engaging with clients through the entire lifecycle from initial contact to ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and act as the primary point of contact for companies interested in IT solutions
  • Gather clients' individual requirements and offer tailored solutions
  • Support customers from initial inquiry through post-sales follow-up
  • Provide support for questions, issues, and other requests
  • Serve as the interface between customers and the company and collaboratively find solutions

Requirements

  • Sales experience and a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to empathize with others
  • Very good knowledge of IT solutions and IT services
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Valid driving license (Class B)
