About the role

  • Insurance Consultant at BüchnerBarella managing customer care and corporate benefits. Teamplayer enhancing client relationships and overseeing individual insurance needs with hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • You handle the individual insurance needs of our clients in the pensions/retirement planning area.
  • You act as a point of contact on matters of occupational and private pension provision for our client base.
  • You take responsibility for account management of our corporate and private clients.
  • You are responsible for complete, preferably case-closing processing of cases.
  • You work closely with our internal sales team and independently conduct annual review meetings.
  • You advise on and present proposals for corporate benefit concepts (focus: occupational pensions [bAV], company health insurance [bKV], company income protection and time accounts).
  • You expand our network through targeted sales activities and are responsible for acquiring new clients.

Requirements

  • Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent; alternatively, convincing expertise as a career changer.
  • A passion for client service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable with a "we" mindset and able to thrive in our family-style working environment.
