About the role

  • Kundenberater im Außendienst für individuelle Versicherungsbedarfe in Deutschland. Ansprechpartner für betriebliche und private Vorsorge mit einem Fokus auf Kundenbetreuung und Zufriedenheit.

Responsibilities

  • Take care of the individual insurance needs of our clients
  • Act as the point of contact for corporate and private pension and retirement provision
  • Manage and maintain our corporate and private client portfolios
  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end processing of cases
  • Work closely with our internal service team and independently conduct annual review meetings
  • Present proposals for corporate benefits concepts
  • Expand your network through targeted sales activities and be responsible for acquiring new clients

Requirements

  • Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
  • A passion for customer service and building close client relationships
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a family-oriented work environment
