Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding digital archiving, document management and workflow processes
You support the setup, maintenance and further development of digital file structures, user permissions, workflows and interfaces
You test new software releases and feature enhancements in the DMS/ECM environment for functionality and usability
You systematically investigate reported incidents and application errors
You work closely with developers and test managers
You support our customers during the deployment or expansion of DMS/ECM solutions
You assist new colleagues with their onboarding
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or a commercial apprenticeship with strong IT affinity
Ideally, prior experience in DMS environments
Independent, solution-oriented working style and strong analytical thinking
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work well in a team
Very good German language skills
