About the role
- Support Specialist providing technical assistance for DMS/ECM solutions in the construction industry. First point of contact for users regarding digital archiving and workflow processes.
Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding digital archiving, document management and workflow processes
- You support the setup, maintenance and further development of digital file structures, user permissions, workflows and interfaces
- You test new software releases and feature enhancements in the DMS/ECM environment for functionality and usability
- You systematically investigate reported incidents and application errors
- You work closely with developers and test managers
- You support our customers during the deployment or expansion of DMS/ECM solutions
- You assist new colleagues with their onboarding
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or a commercial apprenticeship with strong IT affinity
- Ideally, prior experience in DMS environments
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and strong analytical thinking
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work well in a team
- Very good German language skills
