About the role

  • Support Specialist providing technical assistance for DMS/ECM solutions in the construction industry. First point of contact for users regarding digital archiving and workflow processes.

Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding digital archiving, document management and workflow processes
  • You support the setup, maintenance and further development of digital file structures, user permissions, workflows and interfaces
  • You test new software releases and feature enhancements in the DMS/ECM environment for functionality and usability
  • You systematically investigate reported incidents and application errors
  • You work closely with developers and test managers
  • You support our customers during the deployment or expansion of DMS/ECM solutions
  • You assist new colleagues with their onboarding

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT or a commercial apprenticeship with strong IT affinity
  • Ideally, prior experience in DMS environments
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style and strong analytical thinking
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work well in a team
  • Very good German language skills
