Responsibilities
You handle all customer inquiries and serve as the first point of contact for our community
You manage requests across multiple channels such as email, phone and social media
You find quick, pragmatic, and customer-focused solutions for every concern — e.g., questions about orders, returns or our products
You maintain and update customer records in our CRM system and ensure clear documentation
You record customer feedback and help us continuously improve our processes and customer service
You work closely with our purchasing team, our stores and our external logistics partner
Requirements
You are a currently enrolled student
Strong communication is one of your strengths: you are friendly, patient and know how to communicate effectively across different channels
