About the role

  • Implementation Specialist leading customer onboarding and integration setup for CRM solutions at Badger Maps in Granada. Ensuring client success through effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients identify their needs and define their desired integration setup
  • Connecting Badger to our customers' CRMs
  • Assisting with current CRM integrations
  • Manage communication and expectations between clients and the engineering team during the integration setup process
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to improve our tools and processes

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles in an English-speaking environment, either on the phone or in-person.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
  • Highly independent, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable learning new CRM systems and adjusting to evolving processes and workflows
  • Ability to work 11:30 AM- 7:30 PM CET
