Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Consistently exceed ambitious KPIs and revenue targets, providing comprehensive reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through to closure
Develop innovative approaches to lead generation and market penetration, identifying untapped opportunities within the accountancy sector
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives in target accounts
Present and demonstrate Bright's software solutions to prospective clients, articulating complex value propositions with impact
Represent Bright at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions, positioning the company as a thought leader
Champion product knowledge across the sales function, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer base
Contribute to sales forecasting, territory planning, and go-to-market strategy development
Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing expertise and best practices to elevate team performance
Requirements
5+ years' experience in B2B software sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets in a senior capacity
Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Deep understanding of digital accountancy technology, SaaS business models, AI developments and industry developments
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and engage effectively with senior decision-makers and C-suite executives
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively
