Responsibilities
Establish guidelines, oversee brand usage, and manage social media;
Plan and manage digital marketing strategies, including management of social media channels, the corporate website, and other platforms, working in collaboration with other involved departments;

Monitor the registration and control processes for trademarks and patents used for the Company's products and services;
Coordinate the development and implementation of advertising and sponsorship campaigns, following guidelines established together with Banco BRB, and conducting return-on-investment analyses;
Manage activities carried out by agencies and suppliers, approve requests and budgets, and promote continuous interaction among parties;
Propose and manage the company's marketing budget, as well as other managerial contracts;
Procure various materials and promotional items and manage their distribution.
Requirements
MBA or postgraduate degree in organizational communication, advertising, business administration, or related fields;
Knowledge of insurance;
Team management experience;
Knowledge of digital tools;
Certification in agile methodologies;
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and social media platforms;
Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, PowerPoint, etc.;
