Research Manager/Associate Director at MTM leading quantitative research projects in gaming and gambling sectors. Seeking a seasoned quantitative specialist to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary project lead and strategic advisor for key accounts in the gaming and gambling sectors.
Maintain and grow strong, trusted relationships with clients, answering questions before they are asked and identifying nuances in their business challenges.
Ensure all client deliverables communicate a clear, consistent, and impactful narrative with commercially relevant recommendations.
Act as the day-to-day project lead, working with junior members of the team, with limited involvement from senior team members for less complex projects.
Lead the design of quantitative research materials, including questionnaires, stimulus, and table specifications.
Oversee fieldwork and project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to MTM’s high quality standards.
Conduct expert interviews/stakeholder interviews to provide strategic context to underpin quantitative research insights.
Present debriefs and facilitate workshops with senior client stakeholders.
Draft and present high-quality quantitative research proposals and prepare accurate project costs.
Take responsibility for project profitability, including pipeline management and budget phasing.
Mentor and coach junior team members, providing constructive feedback and hands-on coaching to ensure high standards are met.
Requirements
5+ years of experience working within a primary research agency managing quantitative projects.
A demonstrable interest and/or professional experience in gaming and gambling is essential.
Proficiency in data analysis software such as Q or SPSS, alongside advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience with advanced data analysis methods, such as segmentation, conjoint, or regression analysis.
A strong understanding of the MRS Code of Conduct and GDPR.
