Requirements
Proven experience in strategic compensation, including long-term incentive programs (LTI) such as stock options and similar instruments.
Strong command of personnel budgeting, P&L (DRE), HR metrics and people analytics.
Ability to integrate HR, finance and business perspectives with an ownership mindset.
Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and the ability to influence at different hierarchical levels.
