Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fixed and variable compensation and benefits policies based on market practices and aligned with the company culture.
- Design and ensure governance of long-term incentive programs (LTI), such as stock options and similar instruments, ensuring clear criteria and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage the People/HR budget with a focus on predictability, efficient allocation and support for strategic planning.
- Lead cycles of salary campaigns, merit increases, PPR (short-term performance program), bonuses and promotions, based on consistent data and fair practices.
- Conduct benchmarking studies, market analyses and job/positioning reviews to promote competitiveness and coherence in the structure.
- Create and evolve dashboards and people performance metrics, supporting a high-performance culture and data-driven management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, accounting standards and internal guidelines.
- Support business areas and leaders with strategic information on headcount, personnel costs and the financial impacts of people-related decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic compensation, including long-term incentive programs (LTI) such as stock options and similar instruments.
- Strong command of personnel budgeting, P&L (DRE), HR metrics and people analytics.
- Ability to integrate HR, finance and business perspectives with an ownership mindset.
- Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and the ability to influence at different hierarchical levels.
- Experience in fast-growing companies or involvement in mergers and acquisitions is desirable.
