Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, scope, and quality.
Provide support to the project coordinator.
Assist in the preparation of schedules, action plans, budgets, and project scopes.
Monitor and control project progress, tracking performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare and present reports to management.
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
Organize follow-up meetings and maintain communication among areas involved in the project.
Assist in process standardization and the continuous improvement of project methodology.
Use project management tools for physical and financial tracking.
Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational strategy.
Provide effective support for both internal and external requests received.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
Mandatory proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Basic English skills (desirable).
Certifications and/or courses related to Project Management methodologies (required).
Certification in improvement and quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) (desirable).
Knowledge of MS Project (desirable).
Knowledge of process mapping (desirable).
Proven experience in administrative roles, including contract management and procurement.
Experience in financial management or project management.
Experience in monitoring financial execution.
