About the role

  • Responsible for managing and controlling projects closely, ensuring alignment with BP's goals. Support project coordinator and assist in process standardization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, scope, and quality.
  • Provide support to the project coordinator.
  • Assist in the preparation of schedules, action plans, budgets, and project scopes.
  • Monitor and control project progress, tracking performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present reports to management.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
  • Organize follow-up meetings and maintain communication among areas involved in the project.
  • Assist in process standardization and the continuous improvement of project methodology.
  • Use project management tools for physical and financial tracking.
  • Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational strategy.
  • Provide effective support for both internal and external requests received.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Mandatory proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Basic English skills (desirable).
  • Certifications and/or courses related to Project Management methodologies (required).
  • Certification in improvement and quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) (desirable).
  • Knowledge of MS Project (desirable).
  • Knowledge of process mapping (desirable).
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, including contract management and procurement.
  • Experience in financial management or project management.
  • Experience in monitoring financial execution.
