About the role

  • HR Analyst executing processes for internal movements and analyzing HR indicators at BP. Collaborating with various HR operations and supporting internal client needs in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

  • Execute internal movement processes (promotions, transfers, and terminations), evaluating eligibility criteria established by BP;
  • Analyze HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, hiring effectiveness, exit interviews, among others) and propose action plans to optimize areas;
  • Advise internal clients on people-management processes, assessing needs and ensuring compliance with institutional policies;
  • Support employee engagement and climate initiatives by interpreting data from the Pulses tool and contributing to improvement plans;
  • Collaborate with Compensation and HR Operations teams by modeling costs, suggesting strategic moves to managers, and validating decisions with the Compensation team;
  • Monitor the People budget, identifying monthly or one-off variances and recommending adjustments;
  • Prepare management presentations based on HR indicators to facilitate leaders’ decision-making;
  • Conduct recruitment processes when necessary, aligning profiles to area demands and ensuring effective delivery to internal clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in Personnel Administration, Internal Consulting, Recruitment & Selection, or Organizational Development.
