About the role

  • HR Business Partner supporting teams in their potential through strategic and operational HR. Advising leaders in complex HR matters within an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for managers and employees on strategic and operational HR matters.
  • Trusted advisor and sparring partner for leaders on HR-related issues.
  • Support in implementing HR projects with a focus on a business-oriented approach.
  • Responsible for workforce planning, performance appraisal systems, and employee retention measures.

Requirements

  • Several years of solid experience as an HR Business Partner and in advising leaders, ideally in an international environment.
  • Strong ability to resolve complex HR issues and to make strategic decisions.
  • High interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships with employees and managers.
  • Business-fluent English.
