Strategic People Partner supporting HR initiatives in a retail environment. Leading organizational change and improving colleague experience across the business.
Responsibilities
Lead and support workstreams within major people projects (e.g., workforce planning, simplification, organisational change).
Translate strategy into clear plans, milestones and deliverables.
Use data and insight to shape decisions and produce high‑quality papers, analysis and updates.
Work closely with Centres of Excellence (Reward, Talent, ER, OD, Learning) to coordinate and align people solutions.
Create documentation, reporting packs and governance materials that support project delivery.
Identify risks, issues and dependencies — and help drive them to resolution.
Improve people processes and routines by simplifying, standardising and removing friction.
Requirements
Experience in HR, people operations or project-based roles within a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and planning skills; able to manage multiple priorities with discipline and pace.
Confident with data, dashboards and structured analysis.
Natural collaborator, able to work across multiple Centres of Excellence.
A proactive mindset, with the curiosity and initiative to improve how we work.
