HR Analyst supporting team leaders and employees at Dexco. Focusing on administrative personnel practices and wellness solutions.
Responsibilities
Provide support to employees and managers to clarify questions regarding personnel administration practices;
Receive issues related to benefits, time and attendance, vacation, payroll and terminations to create tickets via the internal system;
Monitor the progress and resolution of opened tickets through the internal system;
Coordinate distribution of documents to employees through the internal system, as well as sending correspondence via mail;
Conduct onboarding for new hires and employees transferred from other group units to present benefits, internal practices, guidance and facilitate document signing;
Support matters related to the employee offboarding process following notification by the manager;
Carry out termination formalities in accordance with applicable legislation and the unit's collective agreements;
Advise employees on leave and return procedures related to social security benefits;
Maintain a holistic view of the department's activities, seeking best practices and applying continuous improvement methodologies;
Assist in maintaining and safeguarding the organization of the work area.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
Experience with personnel administration routines;
Customer service (in-person and online);
People management;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
