Responsibilities
Own and improve people systems (e.g. HiBob, Lever, Zinc), ensuring data integrity, usability, and scalability.

Collaborate with Legal, IT, Talent, and Payroll to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant processes across geographies.
Requirements
Solid experience in People Operations or HR, ideally in high-growth or global environments.
Strong understanding of HR systems - especially Hibob and ATS tools (e.g. Lever, Greenhouse).
Basic knowledge of UK employment practices, with the ability to adapt and learn as needed.
A people-first mindset with a knack for building efficient, scalable processes.
Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
You’ve managed people admin across multiple European countries and are familiar with different regulations and practices.
Experience with benefits administration and/or immigration processes is a plus.
