About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide in-person, phone and email support to Human Resources;
- Perform enrollment and registration changes for health benefits (Hapvida, Notredame and CNU) and dental (Odontoprev);
- Handle billing with operators Hapvida, Notredame, CNU and Odontoprev, including issuing and verifying invoices;
- Manage non-insurance benefits (transportation voucher, meal allowance and private pension);
- Review documents to ensure compliance with existing contracts;
- Update and maintain billing information in the EB Quiver system;
- Respond to internal and client inquiries related to billing and enrollment changes;
- Support analysis and continuous improvement of the area's operational processes;
- Organize and control documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
- Knowledge of operators Hapvida, Notredame, CNU and Odontoprev
- Experience with non-insurance benefits, including Meal Voucher (VA), Transportation Voucher (VT) and Private Pension
- Availability to work on-site at the client 3 days per week (Alphaville) and 2 days remote
