Identify and engage potential clients for Valid's identification solutions in a hybrid work model. Collaborate with sales team to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain lists of potential sales segments, using market data and tools to identify prospects that match the ideal customer profile;
Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage and spark interest from potential customers;
Identify and qualify leads according to established criteria, ensuring only high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team;
Deliver preliminary presentations of Valid's services, preparing the ground for a deeper engagement by the sales team;
Support the sales team during the deal-closing process by providing additional information and maintaining close contact with qualified leads;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, ensuring a positive experience with Valid from the first contact;
Maintain solid technical knowledge of the company's products and services to answer initial questions and align leads' needs with offered solutions;
Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, as well as negotiation abilities to maximize lead conversion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields;
Previous experience in BDR, pre-sales, or customer service roles, preferably in B2B environments;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage leads and build value-driven connections;
Ability to work proactively, managing multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously;
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital prospecting techniques, along with a good understanding of the company's products and services;
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding lead qualification and generation targets, directly contributing to the sales team's success.
