About the role

  • Identify and engage potential clients for Valid's identification solutions in a hybrid work model. Collaborate with sales team to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain lists of potential sales segments, using market data and tools to identify prospects that match the ideal customer profile;
  • Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage and spark interest from potential customers;
  • Identify and qualify leads according to established criteria, ensuring only high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team;
  • Deliver preliminary presentations of Valid's services, preparing the ground for a deeper engagement by the sales team;
  • Support the sales team during the deal-closing process by providing additional information and maintaining close contact with qualified leads;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, ensuring a positive experience with Valid from the first contact;
  • Maintain solid technical knowledge of the company's products and services to answer initial questions and align leads' needs with offered solutions;
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, as well as negotiation abilities to maximize lead conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in BDR, pre-sales, or customer service roles, preferably in B2B environments;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage leads and build value-driven connections;
  • Ability to work proactively, managing multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital prospecting techniques, along with a good understanding of the company's products and services;
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding lead qualification and generation targets, directly contributing to the sales team's success.
