Sales Development Representative role qualifying inbound and outbound leads at Pipedrive. Engaging with customers from the Lisbon office while supporting various geographic markets.
Responsibilities
Perform discovery calls to collect, validate and document information for the Account Executive
Gather contact information and other information from prospects and maintain accurate data in Pipedrive
High volume of outbound calls
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries effectively
Provide information to foster prospects and lead them to success
Identify key prospects and profile strategic accounts, research and obtain business requirements and hand them over to the respective account executive
Understanding the prospect's needs and pain points by paying close attention during conversations
Maintain detailed documentation about qualified leads in Pipedrive before forwarding them to a consultant, sales manager or partnerships
Ability to gather relevant information about prospects and their companies to tailor the outreach
Educate prospects on Pipedrive customization and best usage practices
Requirements
