About the role
- Posting and verification of invoices
- Cost allocation and customized summaries
- Sending the billing kit to the client
- Sending co-payment reports
- Handling invoice extensions
- Recording entries in internal tools
- Participating in meetings for alignment and product understanding
- Conducting review and analysis processes with the Client and the health plan operator
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Insurance, Actuarial Science, or related fields
- Experience in billing operations
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Availability to work in a hybrid model
- Knowledge of the Qbem/Eb system (will be a plus)
- Familiarity with insurer/operator systems for health, dental, and life (will be a plus)
