Responsibilities
Develop new business, strengthen the active portfolio and represent BOLD throughout the state.
Manage an active portfolio, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
Serve direct customers and customers via distributors.
Conduct diagnostic meetings, presentations, and commercial proposals.
Negotiate contracts, deadlines, and commercial terms aligned with company strategy.
Act in a consultative manner, understanding customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields.
Experience as a Sales Executive / B2B Sales Consultant.
Proven experience in prospecting, account management, and consultative negotiation.
Experience working with the indirect channel / distributors.
Proficiency with analytics tools and performance indicators (KPIs).
Valid driver's license (Category B).
Based in Fortaleza (CE).
Strong communication skills, organization, and a focus on targets and results.
