Account Executive responsible for promoting and growing Palliative and Hospice care services at KeystoneCare. Developing relationships with healthcare providers and executing strategic growth plans.
Responsibilities
Promote KeystoneCare's Palliative and Hospice care services to new and existing referral sources within the community.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers.
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet growth and revenue targets for palliative and hospice programs.
Provide education and resources to referral sources to increase awareness of palliative and hospice care benefits.
Attend community events, networking meetings, and educational sessions to represent KeystoneCare and expand the agency's visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and excellent patient care experience.
Track and report sales and marketing activities and outcomes to management regularly.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare sales or account management, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or home health sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport and trust.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently.
Knowledge of hospice and palliative care services and Medicare regulations is a plus.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
