Responsibilities
Lead recruiting efforts by partnering with BCA hiring leaders

Requirements
5+ years of experience in a dedicated Talent Acquisition role
5+ years of experience with Workday (or similar ATS/HRIS)
3+ years of experience recruiting in a large multinational organization or company
3+ years of experience leading and/or training Recruiters
1+ years of experience working with all levels of management to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies
