Responsibilities
Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for client and internal meetings using established templates and tools.
Capture meeting outcomes by summarizing key decisions, updating action trackers, and supporting follow-up activities.
Support project coordination by helping keep timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track alongside the Director and project team.
Review client deliverables for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and formatting to ensure high-quality outputs.
Provide short-term coordination support when Project Managers are away, with clear guidance and team support.
Conduct external research and summarize insights to support client projects and internal learning.
Develop and document processes, insights, and procedural information in clear, accessible formats.
Contribute to client-facing and donor-facing materials (e.g., proposals, stewardship content, documentation, business rules).
Support internal initiatives including documentation updates, process improvements, and light reporting.
Participate in annual planning and help refine project frameworks and internal processes.
Assist with materials for business development and client communications as needed.
Requirements
Experience working in project-based and client-facing environments, ideally within consulting, marketing, or other cross-functional roles where deliverables and timelines are essential.
