About the role

  • Sales Support Specialist in a Business Intelligence company coordinating client communication and supporting sales processes. Ensuring customer satisfaction through feedback and managing internal CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • You coordinate appointments, prepare them, and maintain contact with our customers
  • You prepare quotes and orders and review the related documentation
  • You contribute to tender/RFP processes and ensure proposals are submitted correctly and on time
  • You manage our sales processes using our CRM and keep it up to date
  • You collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Vocational commercial training (e.g., office management clerk) or a degree in business/economics (BBA or similar)
  • Experience in inside sales or sales administration
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent German and good command of English
