You collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Vocational commercial training (e.g., office management clerk) or a degree in business/economics (BBA or similar)
Experience in inside sales or sales administration
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent German and good command of English
