About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support with administrative HR tasks, particularly contract preparation and document management
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of new employees
  • Help shape company culture and organize employee engagement events
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions
  • Support applicant management and scheduling

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Structured and conscientious working style
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Prior experience in HR is a plus but not required
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with HR tools
