Responsibilities
You will take responsibility for existing customers and partners and have the opportunity to further develop ongoing business.
You will develop new business areas and customer segments.
You will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and position our products/services as the ideal solution.
You will own the entire sales process from first contact through contract negotiation to deal closure.
You will work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align strategy and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally in hardware or technical sales.
Proven track record: You have a successful history of meeting and exceeding sales targets and of building and expanding customer relationships.
Strong communication skills: You excel in verbal and written communication, presentations, and negotiation, and can convey complex information clearly.
Strategic thinking: You quickly analyze situations, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies to achieve goals.
Initiative & independence: You work proactively, autonomously, and solution-oriented, even in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. A technical degree is an advantage, while business or commercial qualifications are also suitable.
Languages: German (native / C2), English (business fluent / C1); additional European languages are an advantage.
