  • Sales Manager driving creator acquisition at fanblast, a mobile CRM tool for creators. Engaging with talents to foster relationships, monetize reach, and support their growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying exciting creators who are a good fit for fanblast
  • Reaching out to them — via email, phone, Instagram, X, TikTok, or whatever channel you can use
  • Understanding their needs and showing how fanblast helps them grow
  • Persuading, engaging, and closing deals
  • Contributing your own ideas to scale our creator acquisition

Requirements

  • You love selling — persuasion is your superpower
  • You understand the creator economy and what drives social media
  • You have drive, energy, resilience, and a reliable work style
  • You want to learn quickly, perform, and grow
  • Fluent in German & English
