Responsibilities
Expertly manage and coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple global time zones, ensuring efficient use of candidate and interviewer time.
Conduct daily audits of our Applicant Tracking System to ensure every candidate is in the correct stage, data is accurate, and interview feedback is properly logged, driving system hygiene.
Proactively collect and follow up with interviewers to ensure critical interview feedback is submitted within the same day, keeping the hiring process moving quickly.
Draft and finalize offer letters and coordinate the collection of required offer and pre-hire documentation from successful candidates.
Manage and maintain our digital recruiting presence by executing weekly posting and reposting strategies across various job boards and career channels.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional service and timely communication throughout the interview lifecycle.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition or HR department.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple complex calendars simultaneously.
Proven experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with Ashby is a significant plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for communicating with senior stakeholders and candidates globally.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across different time zones and juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
