About the role
- Junior Personalreferent handling the complete recruiting process for Axians in HR. Collaborating with IT departments to refine recruiting strategies in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

- Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnissen sowie Durchführung des gesamten administrativen Schriftverkehrs im HR-Bereich
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder entsprechende Weiterbildung/Studium mit HR-Bezug
- Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich oder Recruiting
- Wünschenswert, aber kein Muss: Erste Berührungspunkte mit IT-Recruiting oder IT‑Profilen
- Anwendungssicher in der Microsoft Office/Teams Umgebung und ein gutes Verständnis für Bewerbermanagementtools von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie soziale Kompetenzen
