Implementing lifecycle marketing campaigns and communications across onboarding, engagement, and retention stages.
Defining and executing the contact and engagement strategy (right message, right audience, right time) through automated and triggered journeys.
Initiating analysis to provide customer insight or add value to the customer relationship.
Reporting on campaign performance over time to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Marketing, Product, Creative, Data Science) to develop and execute lifecycle campaigns and experiments.
Preparing targeting lists based on campaign requirements and supporting other functions on data analyses.
Developing automated journeys, A/B testing, and optimization strategies by experimenting with target audiences, rewards, creatives, and copy to ensure the most effective approach.
Leveraging lifecycle marketing tools and data capabilities to deliver personalized and automated communications.
Collaborating on campaign planning and resource prioritization in alignment with growth and engagement goals.
'Financial accountability' for setting and delivering against budgets. Negotiating with suppliers to provide better value for money.
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience with one of the leading lifecycle marketing or marketing automation platforms.
Proficient knowledge of one of the structured querying languages (SQL, MySQL, or similar).
Excellent understanding of lifecycle and engagement marketing strategy, including customer segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to drive growth, engagement, and retention.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members, departments, and stakeholders.
Ability to clearly explain complex processes and ideas.
