Responsibilities
You manage the member lifecycle and make a significant contribution to achieving our ambitious goals.
You design measures and campaigns for member retention and reactivation and implement them independently.
You support our executive management in discussions with key accounts and prospective member companies.
You organize the onboarding and integration process for new members into Bitkom’s activities and services and contribute to their further development.
Requirements
A successfully completed university degree — preferably with a focus in a technical, social sciences, legal or business/economics field.
Initial professional experience in account management, sales or event marketing, preferably in the service sector.
Strong communication and persuasion skills — written and verbal — and a confident, engaging presence in one-to-one meetings and when addressing groups, in German and English.
Enjoyment of networking, teamwork skills and empathy.
Confident user of MS Office.
