• Run all HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data, contracts, and right to work checks.

• You will be a member of the Salesforce Squad who maintains and grows our Salesforce platform to enable Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and Customer Service teams to provide a first-class service to our customers.
• You will be developing technical solutions that deliver business requirements, and you’ll be integrating the Salesforce platform with other enterprise applications.
• You will be working closely with Software Engineers, Salesforce Administrators, the Salesforce Technical Lead and Software Architects to implement solutions supported by extensive automated tests.

• Lead and support casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability.
• Coach and upskill managers so they feel confident handling issues the right way.
• Keep accurate, confidential ER records in line with policy and legislation.
• Spot trends from ER cases and help the People team address root causes early.
• Review and shape policies so they’re clear, fair, and reflect how we work at Bionic.
