About the role

  • Account Manager developing client relationships and driving sales for an industrial company in Germany. Responsible for building customer loyalty and executing sales strategies in designated regions.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and develop a defined sales territory
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure sustainable revenue growth
  • Implement regional sales strategies and sales initiatives
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, training sessions and sales activities
  • Analyze market, customer and sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure optimal customer support
  • Maintain structured documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Represent the company to customers, partners and at regional events

Requirements

  • Several years of field sales experience, preferably in an industrial or technical environment
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in developing existing accounts and sales territories
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
  • Proficient with CRM systems and common sales processes
  • High self-motivation, strong organizational skills and willingness to travel within the sales territory
