About the role

  • Provide proactive customer success support to educational clients through meetings, calls, and project management. Manage and expand a client portfolio while ensuring renewals and portfolio health.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct meetings with clients
  • Provide support via phone, Octadesk, email, and video calls
  • Create project schedules and timelines
  • Meet deadlines
  • Manage and expand your assigned client portfolio
  • Maintain the health of your client portfolio
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Handle renewals for your portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in any field
  • Strong interpersonal skills
