About the role

  • Specialist I providing customer support and administration for Emerson in Mandaluyong City, Philippines. Act as an intermediary to meet customer information and support needs through excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle post-order customer requests via call and email.
  • Perform commercial screening of orders.
  • Manage customer order records.
  • Assist in workload management and help optimize work processes.
  • Participate in initiatives within the functional unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in an order management-related customer service role and/or data administration support or functions.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in turning disgruntled customers into satisfied customers.
  • Proven record of displaying excellent customer service.
