About the role

  • Auction Account Manager responsible for managing client accounts and supporting their needs. Collaborating with teams to coordinate property sales on BidX1's digital auction platform.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing client accounts and managing existing ones
  • Maintaining positive relationships and handling clients' needs
  • Daily coordination with clients and supporting the sale of their lots
  • Carrying out research on potential auction lots to provide clients with an auction view to sale
  • Working with joint agents regarding property details and viewing organization
  • New business generation projects (working alongside the Team Leader/Auctioneer)
  • General business support to joint agency and residential teams
  • Working with existing teams on market appraisals
  • Preparing and proof-reading property details before publication online
  • Liaising with solicitors to create and upload legal packs for lots
  • Development and management of databases
  • Management of electronic filing systems
  • Working with the marketing team to manage client marketing needs

Requirements

  • Exposure to the property industry or sales preferential
  • The ability to think independently and critically
  • Highly efficient with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to time constraints
  • Highly motivated to learn and contribute to the growth of a company
  • IT skills including MS Office particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Knowledge of the main social media platforms
  • General administration or account managing experience within the property sector is ideal, allowing for an easy transition of transferable skills.
