Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you handle customer inquiries and support your clients from first contact through to contract conclusion.
You actively acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships.
You monitor market trends and provide valuable input to optimize our processes.
You also work closely with our Engineering, Project Planning and Inside Sales departments to best meet customer expectations.
Requirements
You hold a vocational qualification as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d), ideally complemented by further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or you have a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification.
Ideally, you have at least two years' experience in field sales and are willing and able to travel frequently.
You have experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and, ideally, with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Zoho, etc.).
You are passionate about technology and ideally have experience with products in the e-mobility sector.
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you are communicative and can convince C-level executives as a persistent yet personable interlocutor.
