Responsibilities
You coordinate appointments, prepare them and maintain contact with our clients
You create quotes and orders and review the relevant documents
You collaborate on tenders/bids and ensure, among other things, that proposals are submitted correctly and on time
You manage our sales processes using our CRM and keep it up to date
You gather feedback from our customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
You have a commercial vocational qualification (e.g., office management clerk) or a degree in business/economics (e.g., Business Administration)
You already have experience in inside sales or sales support
You have strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel and PowerPoint are no problem for you
You are communicative, speak fluent German, and can communicate well in English
