About the role

  • Sales Operations Specialist coordinating customer interactions, offers, and sales processes. Engaging with clients and maintaining CRM in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You coordinate appointments, prepare them, and maintain contact with our customers
  • You create quotes and orders and review the related documents
  • You contribute to tender processes and ensure, among other things, that proposals are submitted correctly and on time
  • You manage our sales processes using our CRM and keep it up to date
  • You collect feedback from our customers to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • You have commercial vocational training (e.g., office administration clerk) or a degree in business/economics (e.g., Business Administration)
  • You have experience in internal sales/inside sales
  • You have strong Microsoft Office skills; you are comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are communicative, speak German fluently, and can communicate well in English
