Responsibilities
You coordinate appointments, prepare them, and maintain contact with our customers
You create quotes and orders and review the related documents
You contribute to tender processes and ensure, among other things, that proposals are submitted correctly and on time
You manage our sales processes using our CRM and keep it up to date
You collect feedback from our customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
You have commercial vocational training (e.g., office administration clerk) or a degree in business/economics (e.g., Business Administration)
You have experience in internal sales/inside sales
You have strong Microsoft Office skills; you are comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
You are communicative, speak German fluently, and can communicate well in English
