Junior Sales Representative supporting the Sales Manager at BHOUT. Involves lead management, brand support, and marketing activation tasks.
Responsibilities
Lead Management and Organization: Screen and organize leads from landing pages, social media, campaigns and referrals. Keep the CRM organized and up to date with accurate information. Classify leads by status (new contact, follow-up, scheduled, lost, converted). Support the creation and continuous improvement of forms, landing pages and nurture flows.
Sales Outreach: Make contact via WhatsApp and phone calls to introduce BHOUT, answer questions and arrange visits/experiences. Execute structured follow-ups aligned with the Sales Manager. Forward hot leads to the Sales Manager when appropriate. Ensure communications are consistent with BHOUT’s identity and positioning.
Brand Activations and Events: Support the organization and execution of brand activations at schools, universities, shopping centers, companies and local events. Assist with logistics for promotional materials. Capture leads at events and ensure correct registration in the system. Work closely with the Marketing team to align messaging and field needs.
Operational and Data Support: Assist the Sales Manager in analyzing commercial metrics (leads, conversions, CPL, CPA). Help prepare weekly and monthly reports. Organize files, databases, corporate lists and tracking dashboards. Collaborate on improving tracking processes, forms and automations.
Other Relevant Responsibilities: Help identify opportunities for local partnerships. Collect feedback from leads about the BHOUT experience and report insights. Meet daily productivity targets (contacts, follow-ups, qualified leads). Ensure BHOUT standards are upheld in customer interactions.
Requirements
Experience in sales, call centers, commercial roles or other customer-facing positions.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho or similar).
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, phone calls and digital tools.
Strong organizational, reporting and information-management skills.
Secondary education equivalent to 12th grade (preference for studies in Marketing, Management, Sports, Communications or related fields).
Availability to participate in activations and events outside the club when required.
Interest in the fitness sector and in BHOUT’s innovative concept.
Fluent in English.
