About the role

  • CRM Specialist managing day-to-day CRM activities between execution and strategy for iGaming platform provider. Collaborating closely with internal teams to improve partner success in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise CRM campaigns including bonuses, promotions, and player engagement journeys.
  • Manage player segmentation, campaign targeting, and reward logic across platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Act as a CRM point of contact for internal teams and B2B partners.
  • Translate commercial or operational requirements into effective CRM actions.
  • Coordinate CRM requests with Account Managers, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Analyse player behaviour, retention metrics, and campaign results.
  • Prepare regular CRM performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve player engagement and lifetime value.
  • Troubleshoot CRM-related issues such as bonus logic errors, eligibility problems, or campaign misconfigurations.
  • Ensure CRM activities comply with internal processes and platform capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of CRM campaigns and workflows.
  • Support the development of CRM best practices and operational standards.
  • Contribute ideas to improve CRM efficiency, automation, and scalability.
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends and iGaming engagement practices.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Smartico experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong understanding of player engagement, bonuses, promotions, and segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with people at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
