CRM Specialist managing day-to-day CRM activities between execution and strategy for iGaming platform provider. Collaborating closely with internal teams to improve partner success in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise CRM campaigns including bonuses, promotions, and player engagement journeys.
Manage player segmentation, campaign targeting, and reward logic across platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimisation opportunities.
Act as a CRM point of contact for internal teams and B2B partners.
Translate commercial or operational requirements into effective CRM actions.
Coordinate CRM requests with Account Managers, Operations, and Product teams.
Analyse player behaviour, retention metrics, and campaign results.
Prepare regular CRM performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve player engagement and lifetime value.
Troubleshoot CRM-related issues such as bonus logic errors, eligibility problems, or campaign misconfigurations.
Ensure CRM activities comply with internal processes and platform capabilities.
Maintain accurate documentation of CRM campaigns and workflows.
Support the development of CRM best practices and operational standards.
Contribute ideas to improve CRM efficiency, automation, and scalability.
Stay up to date with CRM trends and iGaming engagement practices.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing role.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Smartico experience is a strong advantage).
Strong understanding of player engagement, bonuses, promotions, and segmentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with people at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
