Responsibilities
Contribute actively to the growth of Rue des Vignerons by managing our entire Customer Service and proactively participating in its improvement.
You will have a dual role that will put you in contact with both our customers and partners.
Support: You will respond to requests from individual or professional customers: Event organization Group reservations Specific booking requests Answering questions Guidance and advice.
You will also ensure overall customer satisfaction for Rue des Vignerons clients.
Strategic: You will support us in designing and implementing a structured customer service: Improving the customer journey Handling requests and creating reports Managing and leveraging CRM (HubSpot) Long-term perspective and tool enhancement.
Commercial relations: You will assist Account Managers in managing their partner portfolios: o Monitoring and optimization o Support o Monitoring registrations and training o Updating winemaker profiles o Handling customer disputes.
Requirements
You are dynamic, responsive, curious, and also organized and meticulous.
You demonstrate autonomy but can work well in a team.
You have a customer-focused mindset and a desire to do things well.
You have strong writing skills, and good spelling is important!
You are comfortable using the phone!
You speak and write English.
You are proficient with Excel and Google Sheets; some familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce would be a plus!
You have an interest in wine and tourism.
