Responsibilities
Manage and expand your client portfolio.
This means building a personal relationship and being in daily contact with clients by phone.
Understand the needs of the client, and you know how to spot opportunities.
You know how to guide the conversation with the client in the right direction, leading to a successful outcome.
You are the point of contact for client locations that need advice or support in filling their shifts, using the platform, etc.
You make decisions and take actions based on data that are in the best interest of the client.
Requirements
Are at the start of your career.
Are passionate about everything related to sales & account management.
Hold a degree from a Hotel Management School, Business Administration, or another relevant education;
Are not afraid to pick up the phone and preferably spend the whole day on the line;
Are Creative – always looking for new ways to approach problems and take the company to the next level;
Have a Hands-on mentality – you love a good challenge and appreciate the lessons that come with it;
Value a Good team spirit – you strive to work through problems together as a unit and aim to motivate;
Speak fluent Dutch and have sufficient command of the English language.
Experience with Salesforce & Looker is a pré.
