Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for our B2B retailers and strategically develop existing partnerships.
You analyze ordering behavior and maintain proactive contact with our B2B partners.
You maintain our CRM meticulously, document relevant information transparently, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to continuously improve processes around retailer communication and support.
At the same time, you handle all D2C customer inquiries (orders, shipping, returns) conscientiously and with a solution-oriented approach.
You also support the team in day-to-day operations, e.g., with administrative tasks, order processing, and internal coordination.
Requirements
You are an enrolled student and live in Berlin.
You can work 15–20 hours per week, spread over at least four days.
You write and speak German at native level and have good English skills.
You work in a structured, careful, and independent manner—especially with administrative tasks and when handling CRM and order data.
You enjoy interacting with customers and retailers and think in a service- and solution-oriented way.
Interest in e-commerce, customer success, or B2B is an advantage.
Initial experience in customer service, a B2B environment, or commercial/administrative roles is a plus but not required.
