About the role

  • Maintain long‑term relationships with key clients.
  • Handle client issues and complaints and escalate effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and client success teams to ensure client success.
  • Represent BetaNXT at industry conferences and events.
  • Serve as client ambassador to ensure successful client proxy events.
  • Work with directors, C-level, and investor relations teams to coordinate, plan, and execute virtual and in-person shareholder meetings.
  • Communicate daily with tabulation, print progress, and key information related to events.
  • Serve as producer and inspector of elections for annual and special meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager or Customer Service Rep, ideally in the financial services, wealth management, or fintech space.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and account management tools.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
