About the role

  • Client Service Manager working with assigned Client Managers to maintain and grow existing Small Group business. Ensuring positive account relationships and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned Client Manager(s) to maintain and grow existing business
  • Assist in the preparation of benefit design analysis for specialized proposals and quotes
  • May conduct enrollment meetings during the account renewal process
  • Analyze operational business problems and provide problem resolution

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 - 4 years relevant experience in the area of specialization
  • State specific Producers License for Life, Accident & Health
